Being a jen is generic. I mean, there are just so many of us!  It’s like the Honda campaign right now, “Everybody knows somebody who loves a Honda.”  There are so many jens that we all know at least three.  I can easily name three that you know – Aniston, Hudson, Lopez (do I get points for diversifying the jen pool?).  One of them probably annoys you.  One of them secretly (or maybe not so secretly) you respect. The other one of them, well, we love her anyway.  And know on any given day, I can change my mind on which one is which.  I can do that.  I’m a jen. (Well, so can you, but I like to pretend that I have super powers!)

Hi. I’m jenH.  Just like in grade school where there were so many of us we had to differentiate ourselves with our last initial.   I’m like many of you trying to make my way through life, motherhood, and marriage without losing it in the muck and mire.  And yes, I may lose my sanity under the laundry, but I’ll find my way out through writing.   I’m grateful for my family (Husband, BigBoy 5 and Baby 2) and many friends.  If it weren’t for them and the wine we share, I wouldn’t be the woman I am today.  They keep me in check and so do you.  Thanks for visiting, sharing and commenting (comments are currency in the blogosphere).  I’d love to hear from you.
